Warranty Register

We want to make sure you love your TheCroco’s Balance Bike by delivering the best experience possible. To make this happen, we request that you register your bike through this online form. This will activate your warranty.

We offer a two-year warranty against manufacturing defects. Not… say, backing over a Croco Bike with your car because it was accidentally left in the driveway even though you told your child three times to put it away).

To activate your warranty please complete the registration form within 30 days of purchase. Registration is a quick and easy way to protect your new bike.

You will need the following:

1. Your order number (Website, Amazon, Facebook or any other marketplace)
2. Production date and lot number from your TheCroco Balance Bike (you can find it on the underside of your bike’s frame, near the bottom bracket. Looks for a sticker containing a Lot number and manufacturing date).

This warranty applies only to the original owner of the Bike and is not transferable to subsequent owners.

Damage resulting from normal wear and tear such as bearings, tires, saddle, handlebar grips is not covered.

All determinations under this warranty will be made in the sole discretion of TheCroco, including but not limited to the decision to repair or replace a defective product, and what replacement product is the most nearly comparable product then available.
