TheCroco offers FREE GROUND SHIPPING on all domestic orders over $50 USD in the continental United States. *Does not include Alaska and Hawaii.

For orders under $50 USD a $5.95 Flat rate will apply for Standard delivery.

We do not accept a P.O. Box address, and a street address is required.

Under normal business conditions, orders are fulfilled in 2-5 business days. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification that includes the appropriate tracking information for your order. Transit times are calculated based on the delivery location of the item.

We value our customer's trust and we will do everything we can to ensure your experience is positive. Contact us at support@thecroco.net for any issue on your shipment.

Please consider that our fulfillment centers are closed on Saturdays, Sundays and national holidays, therefore orders are not processed or shipped during those times. During the holidays shipping couriers may experience delays. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

 

Shipping to APO & FPO addresses

Please contact TheCroco at support@thecroco.net if shipping to an APO or FPO is required.

 

Expedited Shipping

TheCroco’s free ground shipping policy does not cover expedited shipping methods. Please contact us at support@thecroco.net if expedited shipping is needed. Pricing will be calculated at the time of the order, based on the most recently published UPS/FedEx/USPS rates. Online orders must be received by 10 a.m. ET, in order to qualify for expedited fulfillment.

 

Shipping Internationally

We only offer shipping to Mexico and Canada outside the United States. The cost to ship internationally varies and depends on the size and destination of the shipment. Your total shipping charges (US dollars) will appear during the Checkout process, before payment is entered. Order Changes / Cancellations

Please contact TheCroco immediately if any changes are needed for your order, including a cancellation. We will do our best to update your order change or cancellation if the product has not left our fulfillment center.  Once an order has shipped, customers will need to refer to TheCroco’s Return Policy

 

Returns

TheCroco will gladly exchange or refund the purchase directly from TheCroco.net if returned within 45 days of the shipping date, unless otherwise stated herein.


Merchandise must be returned NEW, in its original condition at the time of purchase, in the original unopened packaging with original tags attached. No returns or exchanges will be accepted if the merchandise has been used or worn.

To submit a return request, please email us at support@thecroco.net with your order number, the item you wish to return and the reason for your return. We will issue you a Return Number. Please include this number inside the package.

Your item may be returned by mail via:

  • USPS (you must send through registered mail and insure for the value of your item).
  • FedEx or UPS (you must insure for the value of your item).

Your name and address must be included on the label (packages will not be accepted without a return name and address).

A refund will be issued after the product is received and processed in the same form of payment. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Allow 1-2 weeks for processing.

 

Exchanges

To exchange an item, please return the item you want to exchange and place a new order.

 

Warranty

We offer a 2-year warranty on our bikes, and we will try our best to resolve any issue customers may have. Please email us at support@thecroco.net with your order number and a brief explanation on the issue.
